We are proud to support the administration, teachers, staff and children of Windermere Boulevard Elementary School!
At Windermere Boulevard, the PTA is comprised of an all-volunteer general membership, an Executive Board and Executive Committee whose members are elected in April. Membership is open to the Windermere community including parents/guardians, faculty, staff, administrators and other interested parties.
According to National PTA guidelines, the primary objective of the PTA is to promote the well being of children and youth in the home, school, community and place of worship, and to cooperate with the school in pursuit of its educational mission. Toward that end, the Windermere PTA serves a bridging function, connecting staff, faculty, parents/guardians, children and community organizations across grade levels, across the many neighborhoods and across purposes.
The PTA sponsors over 30 programs and events to enrich the WBS community. From the September kick off ice cream social to end of year Moving Up Day for the fifth graders, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
